I did a payout I think in september, took a couple of weeks but it came through well. £10 mine was for. I seem to actually be having more surveys since.

    Bump

Mine is today showing as -298.

Did anyone here who've had this get a firm answer from mysurvey?

I received an Amazon voucher from them today. Only claimed within the last week.

They used to do National Garden Centre vouchers, which were very useful, there don't seem many voucher options within 2000 - 3000 range these days.

Amazon always comes in handy though.

    Got the following today:
    Dear [#FIRSTNAME#],

Recently you have participated in one of our surveys: A00525.

According to our data you have not completed this survey, but as a result of a technical issue you have been awarded the full amount of points and the 10 entries for our Quarterly Prize Draw. To correct this, 400 MySurvey Points have been deducted from your MySurvey account and this is the reason why your account now shows a negative balance.

There is however no reason for concern, this is because you redeemed your points before they were deducted. Your account is still active and you will be able to redeem your MySurvey points again, once the balance is positive.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and would like to thank you for your ongoing participation in our panel.

I didn't contact them querying it. I'm guessing others have also been affected so they just sent out the standard response to all affected.

I also got that email, and replied with a bit of a rant. I'm sure I completed it. Why would I continue doing surveys for them when I aren't going to be getting any points? I might as well just set up another account!

    Not heard anything back though.

Anyone having problems with mysurvey at the moment? I've done three surveys this week, (one was for 500 points and another for 250) and none of them have credited, they're all still on my account as if waiting to be taken, but if I click them I get errors. Should have known this would happen as the rewards were higher than usual :(

The 250 point one has been added on now, so hopefully the 500 point one will soon follow.
