Just reading the thread and realised I have not received any surveys for ages - checked and last one was June. I don't need many more points to reach a payout.

Sent a query via "contact us" and wonder if I'll get a reply.

I see they have a new website now but wonder if that is why there are problems.

I'm having the same problems with technical errors on MySurvey, I emailed them about it ages ago complete with screenshots and got a standard reply about screenouts that had nothing to do with my email at all :P

Agree with all of you. I had a survey yesterday, 30 mins long, after last question it screened me out.

Today received a reply saying I had been deactivated because I had accessed from abroad or a proxy. Absolute rubbish but they have reactivated me so now wait to see how soon I can reach a payout and might decide to leave them then.

Has anyone else experienced a delay with receiving their PayPal rewards? I put my order in on 13th December and haven't been paid yet. I've sent them a couple of messages via their Contact Us page but haven't had a reply. I've never had a payment take this long before. :(

I put in for a payment on 4 December and it was in my Paypal account on 9th.

Good luck in getting a reply from them & the cash.

Do you mean you received the payment on 9th January, or 9th December?

If you mean January, then I will hold off any extra nagging for a little while.

If you mean December, then I will have to get very cross indeed! :)

As I've already sent two or three messages via their 'Contact Us' email page, I decided to phone instead. I was told that there had been a very long delay with PayPal over the Christmas period. I was asked to wait for another week, and then phone them back if it still hasn't come through. So, a bit more wait and see...
