Not had a survey from in two weeks usually get quite a few every week, not sure if they have dried up or there is something wrong with my account.

Are other people still getting surveys?

    many thanks

Its worth checking the website every day as they don't always bother to email you about new surveys, I've been getting a fairly normal amount of surveys from them lately :)

Been checking my account every day and its just saying there are no surveys available.

    Does seem a bit odd!

I had the same problem too, actually, had it a couple of times. For me, it was because their system showed I was taking the surveys from another country! Now, I know that Hampshire can be a bit strange, but as far as I'm aware, it's still part of the UK! Apparently, it's something to do with a proxy server. Not being very techy-minded,I have not idea how you overcome this problem.

But, it's happened again (no surveys for 4 months now), and now they're not responding to my emails. Glad I'm not the only one though!

  • I seem to be having so many problems with MySurvey these days - getting really fed up! I get screened out of a lot of them, but the ones I do manage to complete often to go to an error page once you click on the final button to make sure you receive your reward! I find a lot of surveys just time out half way through too - you get the spinning loading icon that just gets stuck, and of course you can't refresh surveys most of the time with that site, so you just lose everything you've already entered.
Don't really see the point of the section on the home page that has surveys for you to finish, because it doesn't let you go back to them again! A couple of times I've clicked on one of these and the page says I've already completed the survey, but it doesn't disappear from the 'surveys to finish' section, and I don't get the points.
I've also found some of the surveys say 'you paused the interview before it was completed' and it won't let you continue, even when you haven't left the page at all since starting it!

Anyone else finding these problems happening a lot more often? Or do I just have really bad luck?!

Hi AprilLady, I am experiencing all the problems you are. Spent well over 30mins on 1 survey, hit the final button, and got 'our site is down for maintenance, grrrr, needless to say I did not get the points, and no courtesy of a reply to my e'mails to them about this. The amount they pay for surveys is pathetic as well, considering giving up with them, it is just not worth it.

I've also had a few surveys recently that have just frozen halfway through, for no apparent reason.

I've also noticed they're being a bit naughty not screening people out until quite late. I spent a good 5-10 on a survey, only to be eventually screened out.

I find IPSOS much more reliable, but their surveys have dried up a bit recently. I had one yesterday, which was the first I'd had in weeks.
