Thanks for your comments and advice guys. After reviewing the details of my case, I have decided not to pursue the matter. Although not very pleased that E2save sent me incorrect info/vouchers in the order confirmation email, I will take the responsibilty for not following the T&C's in the contract. It turns out I not only sent it to the "wrong" address, I also did not send the original bill, I sent a photocopy, which although is fine according to the vouchers in the email, the T&Cs in the contract explicitly state to send the original bill.

So, sometimes when you play with fire you will get burnt, live and learn. Having taken advantage of 12-month free deals with CPW, mobileshop and coolnewmobiles (all successfully) in the past, I cannot really complain too much about this (expensive) mistake. Looking forward to my next 12-month free deal having learnt a good lesson.

PS If I felt that I had been really messed about I would not hesitate to pursue this in the courts and I would encourage others to do so as well, you cannot let this companies scam you out of your money if you have complied to the terms.

Deals in the past were different. You are dealing with different people with different objectives now. A LOT of care and research (as well as knowledge) is required if you aren't to fall foul of the game rules and tactics. Perhaps one day all people who rush to defend cpw because of past experience will learn before they make new mistakes. Your contribution/problem should be (yet another) warning to them!
