I am giving up on toluna once i receive my voucher.
Their vouchers takes months to arrive.

I've had several responses from Toluna simply by clicking on the "contact us" part of their web site and sending them emails via this. I've also had all the vouchers I ordered - although at times they have taken a little while to arrive. Try again via their site because lately they state that they've had a number of problems due to changing their server.

They always answer me if i use the form on their site, as im constantly on their back to get my voucher. ggrrrrrr, but they just say sorry for the delay there was a backlog, and they will send it when they can, in other words it will arrive whenever!!!!

Stankel - I've just figured out how to get more points - along with the surveys and sponsored polls you need to create your own polls and opinions, the more popular they are the more points you get. They say its quality not quantity so you need to think of a popular question or theme to get the most responses.

Also dont forget to fill in your profile Questionnaires because they will get you the most points to begin with - fill them all in and you should get 7000 + points straight away.
