I had the same problem earlier, but tried again just now and there's a message saying site down for maintenance. Hopefully they're sorting out the logging-in problem...

Edit: just as I posted this I tried again, and the site is now up and letting me log-in

Anyone else having problems logging-in again? I haven't been able to log in for a few days now, and I was hoping to spend some points that are due to expire soon

No problems logging in to the website or the app. Maybe try a different browser. I was using Edge on my computer.

Thanks, but I've tried that and it's still not working. I just get...
"One or both of the responses above don’t seem to be correct. Please try again."
even though I'm definitely using the correct log-in details. I've even tried going through the forgotten password process, but I never get the email

About 50% of surveys don't operate correctly or screened out after up to 5 minutes, so not good.
