Unfortunately I have to be able to get into my account to print my vouches as they are all e codes. So very annoying!

Yes, I too have £25 of Zooplus codes I can't access unless my account is reinstated.

    Good luck.

    All voucher codes retrieved :j

Thanks to everyone who posted About this, I had no idea what was going on with my account at first.

Those of you who got your accounts suspended would be well advised to leave the panel once you have cashed out all your points - same thing happened to me and, given Toluna's general incompetence, there is no guarantee it won't happen again. They also pay very poorly for their surveys in comparison to other panels - I'm well rid of them :D

I agree with this. If fact I think I've read elsewhere on this site that you should always take your rewards out of these sites as soon as you earn them in case anything goes wrong. The latest happenings at Toluna are a perfect illustration of this!

Well I have now been accepted back into Toluna. I asked for an explanation after the initial email and got more rudeness and aggression in response, but with a grudging acknowledgement that they would honour the PayPal reward I'd claimed just before all of this happened. I have since received another message saying they were reviewing my account, a random invitation to a lifestyle survey addressed to Peter (I'm a woman and that's not my name) and, finally, an email telling me my account has been reactivated and thanking me for my membership.

I'm waiting for my money and then I'm off. I don't need to be treated like this.

very strange actions from toluna, unfortunately I haven't had my account reactivated so cannot access points saved, the swines!
  • Has anybody had any payouts from toluna recently? I have 5 on order and haven't received anything since September.
  • Nearly all the e-gift cards have been out of stock since before Christmas, I wonder if they are going to be replenished or is the site going to fold?

I've had two payments this month, one for Love2Shop vouchers (from flexicodes), and a Paypal payment.
