I do really now advise that peeps open up an e-mail folder for surveys.
Especially for Toluna (Home of research...is lookuing more a lost cause)..btw
In recent weeks I have been receiving points from as far back as August...so the folder diary well worth it.
What does concern me of late I am receiving invites and as sson as I click it says "your profile does not fit" why send the invite then?
I get that! Its like, why fill in the account details if they are just going to send you a survey and as part of the screening process: are you male/female, automaticly your not able to do the survey.
Cant see the point in screeing for any of the surveys if you have an account with the site, if you are a certain age group, male/female, live in a certain part of the country, earn a certain amount...etc etc, all this sort of information is already in the surveys site under your account, some are way more indepth then others, yet I still get surveys for groups asking if I have 10 children and drive a mercadies...
I dont get it! whats the point in filling in account details?0 -
I have done the same as Knightowl and keep a separate folder for the toluna surveys I have completed. I got my first Amazon voucher from them after 5 months!!!
Hopefully won't take me 5 months to get another one...0 -

Yes, exactly the same has happened to me. Don't know what's going on, hope it's only a temporary glitch.0

Hi there,
Have just been reading some of the messages on this thread. Have converted some of my points into Amazon vouchers.
Am I right in thinking that the chances of me having the vouchers (electronic, paper or otherwise) before xmas is slim to none???
Do they tend to turn up eventually???
Thanks
Liz

I have ordered a voucher about 2 weeks ago and with these lot i usually expect to be waiting at least a couple of months. It's so annoying that it takes them that long to send an e-voucher but thats the way they work!
What i often do now is say after 6 weeks send them and email reminding them that I'm owed a voucher and sometimes they respond to that pretty quick....sometimes these people just need a kickup the you know what!!!
You probably will get them before xmas but not too long before.0 -

I ordered HMV vouchers on 30 Aug and the code was e mailed on 1 Oct so it did take a while but at least it arrived, going on that time scale, you would just about get it in time for Xmas

My points have disappeared yet again too from the Toluna site. Am getting sick and tired of them now and as soon as I get my 60,000 points (provided that I haven't lost them forever!) I will be quitting them.0
