lots of my points have disappeared too

A lot of my points are missing too! Has this happened before?

I am really happy about TOLUNA now . The low points limit on front page is current (week total)...think of it a bit like tesco club card points with nectar throw in to confuse the issue.
The overall total "in your points" is the true overall running total..no points are lost.

I would say it is advisable to keep a running total of surveys my points total is really bubbling now.

I often wondered why I never got what I thought I should have...but now keep a registry of points.

From my last 120,000 points I would say only 30,000 are from recent surveys the rest are from ones I had not kept a registry of......and I have at least 100,000 to come........it pays to record the surveys.

i applied for my voucher in July and i could see that everyone was waiting about 2 months to get there vouchers so i was not too bothered about the wait and heypresto mine turned up this morning,
i did not realise that this is a French company,
the only gripe that i would have is when you have done 3/4 of a survey and then get told that you do not qualify apart from that they are not too bad.

Hey Guys,
I've been with toluna a few months and find using RSS Feeds a great way to keep up my clicks on the sponsored polls between full surveys. You can set it up by clicking on explore

>sponsored. Then click the small orange "XML" button. This will take you to a page where you can easily set up a feed into your email client or a website. Use this to keep you up to date with polls so that they don't build up. I have noticed that you will get foreign polls on the feed as well. As long as you understand the question and answer it honestly, i see no reason why you can't answer these questions for extra points =-) hope this help some of you earn some more points and save some money.

Has anyone had problems with their points balances? My sister told me her balance is -25000ish so I checked mine and my partners and were in - figures too. I dont sponsored polls but this increased how much I was in - by rather than decreased it!

has anyone had an amazon voucher recently? i ordered mine 6 weeks ago its not arrived, order date says NA and itsays it will come by post?

Yes , mine also has somehow got a minus figure, but I noticed if you go onto the rewards ordering page, its shows the true balance of the account, none minus. So not sure what to make of it really. Its been like this for weeks.
