• I eventually gave up on Toluna. It took too long to get the rewards through by comparison with something like Valued Opinions. Also, the number of times I got midway through a survey then booted out as ineligible was beyond a joke. Got my reward, then cancelled my account thereafter.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
• Hey,
Just to say that i have had some trouble with points on toluna so i sent a stroppy email to their support department complaining about my points disappearing and demanding them back. I recieved this in response a few weeks later:
" Thank you for your email. Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you. I can assure you that your points are still on our server and the reason that you cannot see them is because we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Our IT team is working on resolving this issue. These problems should be rectified soon and your points returned to the normal amount.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I apologize for any inconveniences caused."
I have since found that although the problem persists in the "Your points" area on my home page it is ok. Even if this isn't the same symptoms as the rest of you have i think they are generally having problems. My points from surveys since are being added onto my homepage score so it is still worth answering polls and surveys. Perhaps send a forcefull complaint to them just as a little reminder and hurry up on the fixing side of things =)
Hope this helps

I do really now advise that peeps open up an e-mail folder for surveys.
Especially for Toluna (Home of research...is lookuing more a lost cause)..btw
In recent weeks I have been receiving points from as far back as August...so the folder diary well worth it.
What does concern me of late I am receiving invites and as sson as I click it says "your profile does not fit" why send the invite then?

Well - Having posted earlier that my points never seem to turn up, miraculously some of them have! Enough for a voucher so I'll wait and see when it turns up.

Still - been a member since 2006 so its a lot of effort for £12.

I'm suprised ...since I stopped converting to the draws that I never won I 've had between Amazon and Sainsburys £60 in the past 2 years and 2 free trials!
