Toluna are poor inall ways IMO,their customer services are slow and the rewards are even slower,come on let's be honest they keep you waiting for an E-Voucher at leat 10 weeks, in my experience we're being taken for a ride b them,if we all left en masse they'd have to sort out p.d.q.
I personally tell others to avoid Toluna because of the above :mad:

I agree with everything you say. I have sent about 8 emails and they haven't replied to one of them. Does anyone know of somewhere we could report them to. An Ombudsman or something. They need to be investigated as their service is shocking.

Finally awarded points that I've been waiting for, still missing two surveys worth, emailed them again about those and about removing the duplicate points.

The opinions showing on my public profile are not mine - they are from the topics I have posted about, but are all by other users. Is it just my account or is it still happening for others too?

something is amiss on this site... i have never wanted my name made public other than what I chose to be seen public.....this changed last week ...am I the only one

I have been waiting for e-vouchers. I have emailed many times each time to get an excuse that the upgrade to their site has caused delays. I think that to issue vouchers they have to inject them into a 17km ring and accelerate them to near light speed before crashing them into peoples email accounts. I received this email today, again after much pestering:
I’m afraid that it won’t come very soon as we are having some troubles getting those vouchers. They should be delivered to you within next few weeks though.
Please contact us if you don’t receive anything within next 4 weeks on [EMAIL="info.en@toluna.com"]info.en@toluna.com[/EMAIL] and someone from our Help Line will look into this problem.
Thank you in advance for your patience and I hope that you will still enjoy Toluna.

I flagged this issue with them several months ago because I was horrified that my full name was shown at the top of my public profile page despite the fact that I chose to keep it private.:eek:

They have updated the site since that time and the problem has now been rectified for me. Have you double checked the personal information page within your account settings to ensure that the 'do not show on public profile page' box is still ticked?

I have been a member for ages and keep getting part way through a survey and then declined, dont think I will ever get enough points for a reward.

Same here, I answer a load of really specific questions though, and then they bomb me out after about 10 minutes!!! Grrrr......

Hi,

Just an update to let you know that I received my Toluna voucher. I submitted the request on the 29th July and got the voucher today. I emailed them about 8 times and never got a reply so I cancelled my account today. Am glad to have the voucher though but Toluna definitely aren't worth the hassle!
