Toluna are poor inall ways IMO,their customer services are slow and the rewards are even slower,come on let's be honest they keep you waiting for an E-Voucher at leat 10 weeks, in my experience we're being taken for a ride b them,if we all left en masse they'd have to sort out p.d.q.

I agree with everything you say. I have sent about 8 emails and they haven't replied to one of them. Does anyone know of somewhere we could report them to. An Ombudsman or something. They need to be investigated as their service is shocking.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

I have been waiting for e-vouchers. I have emailed many times each time to get an excuse that the upgrade to their site has caused delays. I think that to issue vouchers they have to inject them into a 17km ring and accelerate them to near light speed before crashing them into peoples email accounts. I received this email today, again after much pestering:
I’m afraid that it won’t come very soon as we are having some troubles getting those vouchers. They should be delivered to you within next few weeks though.
Please contact us if you don’t receive anything within next 4 weeks on [EMAIL="info.en@toluna.com"]info.en@toluna.com[/EMAIL] and someone from our Help Line will look into this problem.

They have updated the site since that time and the problem has now been rectified for me. Just an update to let you know that I received my Toluna voucher. I submitted the request on the 29th July and got the voucher today. I emailed them about 8 times and never got a reply so I cancelled my account today. Am glad to have the voucher though but Toluna definitely aren't worth the hassle!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
