I'm sick of Toluna. I requested a voucher on the 29th July and still haven't received it. I sent an email on the 12th Aug asking if they could give me an apprx date for when it is due to arrive. Heard nothing from them so sent another email again today. I think I will do what other poster said and send them an email everyday until they reply.

It is ridiculous that they can't just send people an e-voucher like Lightspeed. I think I will quit with them as soon as I get my voucher. I have stopped participating in surveys until I get my voucher.

Well, my missing points have reappeared, but no sign of the vouchers I've been waiting on for 6-weeks. Also I've noticed that I've had hardly any points added to my account in ages... And am owed some points from as far back as February.

I can beat that, im owed points back to 15/01/2008!! :eek: :eek: ..i have copies of them all and will not give up until i see them all sitting in my account lol

Has anyone actually received a voucher in the last couple of months? Like others, I seem to have been waiting forever. They still send me surveys though, which I haven't been doing.

I received one of the HMV e-Vouchers I applied for (after about a month), but not the other one.

Hi sorry if this has been asked before but have recently started to complete more surveys and get my points up and when I logged into my account it said

R!gulation-3 000

what does this mean? what is it for don't think I cashed them in - can anyone recommend any better sites? I am on pinecone any others?

never had any spam, but am getting annoyed with answering their emails only to be told that they already have the number they need:mad:

i answer straight away as well, and to be honest i rarely qualify for their surveys and that gets annoying as well:mad:
