OMG, the same thing has happened to me! Just logged in to find out that my points total has been reset to 0 and it is saying that I haven't completed my interest surveys. Soo annoyed and I have sent them an email to that effect. It takes blinking ages to save up the points to get a voucher and I am not going to start all over again. They are the worst survey company which I have come across.

I am also listed as a novice with 0 points, but I had loads. Also sent an e-mail, will see if we get any response. Just thought I'd mention that the opinions they have listed as mine are somebodyelses!!!

Lets just hope that it is just a temporary glitch and that they still have our points recorded somewhere. Otherwise it is going to be one hell of a mess for them trying to sort this out. Luckily I have kept a record of the points which I have saved so far but some people might not have done.

I ordered a voucher from toluna over a month ago and heard nothing, have sent them an email about it. I'm not impressed.

There are other ways to get points, albeit not many, but helps to keep your account building up!!

You can earn 15 points for voting in a sponsored poll, and 100 for writing an opinion over 100 words (that takes a while to be credited and it's quite hard to find any worth writing a long answer for) also make sure you keep all your interest surveys up to date and they'll give you a bonus for that (it will tell you if you need to fill any in when you log in)

There is a way to stop it showing ones you have already voted on so you don't have to trawl through them as I discovered yesterday, but can't remember how now - have a look through the options and it's on there somewhere!

alot of the pages seem to have errors on them. i have 0 points and classed as a newbie too grrrr!!!!!

:eek: looks like they have been messing around with it again!!! when they did that last time was when I started having problems with the site!!

My points are back to 0 - they were about 13,000 yesterday and I was waiting on 3 HMV vouchers I had saved up for a year!

I imagine them getting hundreds of emails right about now, which means they may not reply to my query yesterday :mad:

Hope they manage to get it sorted soon!
