In the post today I received some Diadermine Fresh Skin Purifying Facial Strips to test from Toluna.

I've been subscribed since about May this year and this is the first time I've had a product to test.

I don't remember answering any questions about the condition of my complexion but I'm delighted to receive a free product ! :D

Thank you for all the advice and information in this thread.

    J.

   they do actually exist?!

:rotfl: Next you'll be telling me they actually do send out thier vouchers as well!:rotfl:

I know that lots of the posters here have said they get no response from emails but I emailed using the contact us button on an invitation email and they replied within 24 hours - so give that a try.

Sent emails a couple of days ago regarding quite a lot of points, basically forwarded all my invites and told them what was missing. Received points for two of them and a reply to one saying it closed late. However there are still another 5-8 that I've not been credited for, one goes all the way back to April.

Well, its taken me several months but I'm finally over 60000 points, just ordered a £12 HMV voucher, will use for Xmas present :T

Also ordered £20 Amazon vouchers from Valued Opnions last week and got emailed my voucher codes straight away :D

This survey stuff is slow to rack up money but you get there in the end. I don't think I've been credited with all my Test & Vote/Toluna points so am thinking of keeping a log every time I do a survey and make sure I am getting what is owed.

Thats a really good idea, once I've completed a survey I label it as "due". I was clearing out my inbox last week and discovered that I had approx £15 worth of toluna points that had not been paid. I'm now writing on the calendar what survey is due to be paid when, and the number of points. It's a lot of faffing around but at least I'm more likely to get my hard earned points that way.
