Sorry if this has been asked before but could someone let me know the email address to contact Toluna......better still a telephone number??
Another question - how long does it take for them to send sainsburys vouchers??? I ordered last week (1st july).
Thanks for any replies!
can take about a monthWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
Has anybody signed up to the Toluna Opinion Poll /Consumer test products site? If so, what do they think of it?
Do you get regular products to test? Is it site worth signing up to?
I looked at the Registration Requirements and it seems they need to know your date of birth. This always worries me. They may need to know your age group for specific product targetting, but in these days of identity fraud I'd be very reluctant to provide my date of birth. I assume that one could always give a false one.0 -
I joined Toluna and have answred some surveys for points but you need 60000 points for £10 voucher and i think it will take forever. I have signed up for some of the trials but they only pick a certain number of applicants and I haven't received anything to test yet. I don't know if its just bad luck or if other people feel the same.0

i signed up a year ago and I have NEVER had any free stuff to try despite applying for loads...0

Yup, I was trying to do the surveys to get points etc, but even the ones I were completing weren't coming through, so I gave up. I applied for a few products to test early doors, but never saw anything through the postbox.DFW - DEBT FREEEEEE!

It takes ages to get to 60,000 points, but every little helps I suppose. Been with them since last October and have earned a £10 Sainsburys voucher and converted some points into ipoints (although they no longer offer this). I haven't been sent anything to test, despite signing up for everything.0

I've had 60,000 points converted to a £12 HMV e-voucher twice this year (Jan and Apr) and I'm up to 56,000 points again now. Don't forget to do the sponsored polls - only earns 15 points a time but it soon adds up and every little helps.

ordered hard earned vouchers long overdue more than 4 months and site is useless and dont send them.0

yeah, I think poor service really seems to define tolunas, rather then an ID fraud candidate, I think they would be trying harder of it was ID fraud, they would actually make the effort!
I took about 3 years to get my points up to £10 of amazon vouchers, I emailed them recentlyto ask where its gone, was told it takes 4 weeks (how do these people manage to make it take so long?? havent they heard of e-vouchers??!) and that they had paused on sending out vouchers during june, the time I asked for it, and it would have been sent out in July, and if I hadnt recieved anything at the end of july, to email them again.
I have heard of others getting thier vouchers, so I hope it will turn up.
I think they get alot of people asking to do product tests, so very very few people get through I read the t&c and found they pick at random each time, well, I know I am not the luckiest person: entering the lottery every month on a lucky dip for 5 years and not ever winning as much as £10 told me that! so it doesnt suprize me I never get to test anything, hope you all are not as unlucky as I am!
Indelacio. email toluna, they do respond quite promptly.0 -
Just make sure you keep the original email invitation for any surveys that you complete fully.
I lost over 50,000 points but because I could not sent them the original email invitation they refused to add them to my account - even though I had a list of all the dates and survey names on a spreadsheet!!!
Customer service is useless and they couldn't care less about their members............:j Member Number 18 of the "100 free films in London in 2010" club:hello:0
