I got an email few weeks ago to say they will investigate my missing points and for me to forward the email invites yet they never got back to me. So I resent them all for them all to be deleted without being read. So I sent a stern email today and was told I had to wait another 4 weeks for them to investigate and to forward all the invites again so I did. Again I got reports to say deleted without being read so sent them again and they deleted them without reading them too!

How crap is that, they mess up time and time again, dont give people points theyve earned and cant even be bothered to read our emails!

good to know others are getting their hard earned rewards...about freakin' time too!!! As I say....I've got mine, so I'm a happy bunny...and Toluna can go whistle for all I care anymore...they treat their members like crap...well, onwards and upwards and I'm off to more rewarding (and reliable, approachable, friendly survey sites..) :cool:

They remind me of an ostrich with its head in the sand...they probably read your emails, then deleted them because they are reminded of just how s***te they really are...y'see, the truth really does hurt and they don't like being reminded!!!!

I haven't had much luck with Toluna either. I only started with them a few months ago, but I'm already owed over 10,000 points (all of which are beyond the 4 weeks waiting period they talk about). I'm not sure about them as yet...I'm lingering about for a bit, maybe until I hit 30,000, get a voucher (if they send it to me!) and then leave.....it's too bad because it's a good site, if only they had better customer service....

Been waiting for almost 6 months for my Sainsburys voucher and no reply to my email asking where it is.

Also been with them over 3 years and never been picked for product testing.

Another question - how long does it take for them to send sainsburys vouchers??? I ordered last week (1st july).
