Just used the above email address to email them regarding my duff evoucher and the email bounced back....any other ideas regarding contacting them, as every email is bouncing back

I used the above email address [EMAIL="info.en@toluna.com"]info.en@toluna.com[/EMAIL] and had a response, asking me to send the invitation emails and they would look into it for me. After much messing about I had this sorted, replied to the email ....... and it bounced back :mad:

How can this be right? I clicked "reply" to the email they sent me

I thought I was the only one having problems with toluna,
I'm about 200 points away from claiming my first voucher.
Like everyone else I've been emailing them with no responce.
I'll give it one more try on the address above

I am sooooo frustrated; I am missing thousands of points for surveys dating back to December last year and am not really getting anywhere with my emails. After spending time chasing the older outstanding points, I logged into my account yesterday to find that I had been awarded the completely wrong amount of points for a couple of more recent surveys. :mad:

I have also noticed that they no longer seem to award any points for surveys which you are screened out of before the end. :sad:

Also still waiting on a sainsburies voucher which should have been delivered 3 months ago and toluna dont respond lol.

I had a response to say they cant issue any vouchers until July, cant remember what reason they gave though

I signed up with them 3 years ago. I have never received anything to trial. Ayrton Moon is the same though I gather they have changed their name? Test and Vote sent me out 6 trials of which I received only 1. I assume the Postie made a nice sarnie out of my cheese! Pinecone Research has never let me down.

from my experience sent 3 emails to them and received 3 emails back even tho they were like a week in between had my emails answered
