I'm also having big problems with Toluna!!

I used to get surveys every week, but have not had a single one for at least 4 months, thought it was a bit odd but then thought nothing more, so I swapped my points for 3 HMV e vouchers, but then paniced thinking - if my surveys arn't getting through will my e vouchers??!!! I contacted them adn have to say they did get back to me quite quickly saying my account looked fine, but still had no surveys, no vouchers, and checked my email on there - fine, and also checked my spam filter - also fine -really don't knpw what the outcome of this will be, I saved up for a whole year!!!!! Gutted!!!!!!!
There is a waiting lsit for vouchers do to massive demand.

Have to be honest not a problem with these right now.....and at least they have learned a small lesson...if screened out you get an entry into the draw on a few...but rome wasn't built in a day.

As for product tests after years of trying 2 in relativly quick succession.....and of course I got my intro to Consumer Pulse with them...
    The years starts today ....

Mmm..no doubt there'll be an entry in their *seemingly never updated blog* soon stating that the £20 voucher was an error...and it should be £2...and they'll be in the post the day the earth stands still and the sky turns purple...with an invitation to be booted out halfway through even more surveys than you can shake a stick at...

Ha,ha thanks that made me laugh :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Ive logged on to Toluna today to find half of my hard earned points have so called expired ??
I think this is crap as if you are saving up for something you may as well give up if this is the case.
So beware and hasle the site owners to stop this nonsense or we`ll all be losing points :(

Nearly passed out when Postie delivered my £5 Sainsbury's voucher today...ordered it 13.5.08!!!! So...as of today, Toluna can take their site and stick it where the sun don't shine...too much effort for a crap reward service!!!
