my advice - don't bother with these shysters!! They really are a true life case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they seem to spend a lot of time sitting on both and doing nothing...got my £5 voucher (before they decided to move the goalposts) after weeks and weeks of waiting...once that arrived, emailed them and told them to shove their site! Waste of space and a waste of my time...I'm doing SO much better with other survey sites..AND seeing quick results too!

I think it's hit and miss with survey sites nothing happens then all the #3 buses come along together.
    I have (after a 3 year wait) finally had 2 product tests.......:rotfl:

I got my £10 Sainsbury voucher on Saturday after emailing them asking where it had gone.

well Ive emailed asking for mine 5 times and they keep saying wait 4 weeks and then it never arrives again... and email them again and again... useless Fers.
  • I've been with Toluna for ages and I have to say they are totally rubbish. I'm missing points, was near enough to get a voucher then they put the limits up. Complete garbage. Am de-registering at the end of this month, a lot of work for nothing.

I have to say that Toluna have been very, very bad about points credits not being applied when they should be. This has mainly been since the change from Test & Vote to Toluna at a website level (I know they were linked up before the website changes but that is my experience).0
I missed out on the Sainsbury's £10 voucher at the introductory points level as a result of the late/missed credits of over 30 thousand points. (I think somebody else commented about the number of points need for a voucher changing and I think this was due to an introductory promotion on the Sainsbury's vouchers.)
I have to say I have never had any problems in getting the vouchers be they e-vouchers or paper ones through the post (they usually come in 2 to 3 weeks which seems about standard). I do miss the option to convert these into ipoints but will survive.
I agree about never getting picked for product testing panels.
I do like the fact that you get 15 points for completing each sponsored poll (even if there were some problems with the points credits whilst the new Toluna.com & UK Toluna websites were setup and sorted out). I know this doesn't get you anywhere fast but every little helps.
I think you get 100 or so points for expressing opinions too so it isn't just the surveys.
I do hate the fact that you have to use a contact panel to send them a message as an e-mail address makes it easier to send them information in tables or any other kind of formatting which the panel doesn't support and I have hit the limit or characters/words for the panel on 2 or more instances.
I also note that we now get prize draw entries instead of points if you are screened out of a survey. This is the things which has finally made me decide to give up on them - after I get all my outstanding points and a final voucher.

Me too! Why should it take so long to email an Amazon voucher code? It's ridiculous.

I also miss being able to convert Toluna points into ipoints. I found that really useful.

Well Ive always had vouchers from Toluna arrive quite promptly, however when I ordered last time (20th June) for my HMV voucher it said delivery was expected in July.
I was looking through my Vouchers table on Toluna and it's finally giving an estimated delivery date, although it's not till August 4th, makes me feel a bit better as the estimated delivery date was showing as N/A for ages!
