Ive finally cancelled my account!
keely.
Me too!
I'd been with them for about 4 years. I gave up bothering for a while last year then they sent me lots of surveys which I qualified for so I was lured back. For a few months I seemed to earn my survey points quite quickly, but eventually they slipped back to their old ways. I had to keep all survey invites and check them off and then email them about the missing points - it's just not worth my time.
I'd had problems receiving their vouchers in the past so switched to receiving Ipoints because it was instant. Once that option was cancelled, I thought I'd try Amazon vouchers thinking that because it's an online code it would also be quick. :rotfl: Yeah, right! It took 9 weeks and 3 emails before I got my code. All that effort for a tenner.I cancelled my account within seconds of spending the voucher.

just ordered my last sainsburys vouchers and then im giving them the v sign
ive acculamted £70 in the past 9 months but continually sendiing them email to credit the points is toooooo much hassel0 -
Thats a really good idea, once I've completed a survey I label it as "due". I was clearing out my inbox last week and discovered that I had approx £15 worth of toluna points that had not been paid. I'm now writing on the calendar what survey is due to be paid when, and the number of points. It's a lot of faffing around but at least I'm more likely to get my hard earned points that way.
After reading this thread I've started marking mine, too. Trouble is I've done a handful already which I've already deleted the e-mails for.Debt: £5343.67 + secured loan (August 2008)Target: Just learn to 'manage' at the moment!0 -
im the same as the previous post, only just realised i have not been credited but have deleted the emails
anyway i have contacted them and asked them why, its no good filling out surveys and not getting your points;)0 -

Go to 'My Rewards', does it have an estimated delivery date? My recent HMV voucher said N/A for about 2 months before finally showing an estimated date for 3 weeks later.0 -
I have just received an e-voucher I requested on 01/07/2008.
I have had a few points credits to my account over the past few days, including one for which I don't have an invite (I keep the invites to all survey's I participate in and expect to receive either a prize draw entry or points for!) I still have 6 or more surveys which are more than 2 months past their completion date and for which I haven't received the points.0 -
