OMG! After reading through the last few posts on this thread I am now too scared to log into my account to see the mess!!

I ordered two HMV vouchers yesterday and had nearly another 50,000 points saved up........... I'm also still waiting on loads of points from several months ago too. My last few emails seem to have been ignored.

I would like to reassure you that on our server it says you have a total of 61035 points. We have just launched a new version of Toluna and seem to be experiencing some problems with it. We are, however, in the process of eliminating these problems. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I would also like to apologize for any inconveniences caused

still waiting for a reply from toluna, I've lost 23,000 points somewhere,
looks like their in a bit of a mess, hope it gets sorted out soon!

just read this thread, and thought i would log in to see whats happening to my points, on the points page it says i have 55,715 points, then i clicked on rewards page and it says i have 65,580 points :mad:

There is now a note on their website to say they are updating their servers so nobody is able to log in at present.

As many of you have noticed, your points balance has been reset and so has your profile completion percentage. Please do not be alarmed, this is a temporary problem related to the latest release; we are working to fix it as soon as possible, and once this issue is resolved, your points’ balance will be restored in full.

You may also encounter problems when attempting to convert your points or when attempting to sign up for a product test; these problems should all be resolved shortly.

Just went to check my points and discovered I am on -220 points I had quite a bundle and was very surprised. Allright who stole my points lol

I am not keen on the new look Toluna. It is harder to find the sponsored polls, they are mixed in with the ones not worth any points. Manking us work harder for our points!
