Under 'Explore' at the top you can click Sponsored -> Polls and topics to get a list of them all

And i've got about 45 points doing the same poll, not all glitches are bad!

I emailed about missing points and was told they should be back in account soon, just that they are having problems with the "new look" site

Hmmm, just noticed around 15,000 points are missing from my account... Hope they get it sorted soon, as I was only a couple of thousand away from being able to claim a voucher!

I love it, "only a couple of thousand! wish they would take thier tips from lightspeed or pinecone and actually start paying us a decent amount!

Just been on Toluna today and they have updated the site. However, I had over 30,000 points which are now all gone and instead I have -20,000 points! I haven't redeemed any so it seems Toluna have well and truely screwed it up - I better get them back!

Has this happened to anyone else?

Edit: Actually, I've just looked into this more and think I've figured it out. They've changed the points page to only show the last 200 records, but this has also changed the points total on this page. If I go to the redeem points page it has my correct balance. Idiots!

I have read here that Toluna reply to their emails within 24 hours, can anyone tell me where they are emailing to get such a response. I have waited a full week for a problem to be solved and am no nearer to getting an answer.

Any advice will be appreciated. I can't log in to cash in my points.

Toluna don't seem to reply to my emails either. I have been chasing thousands of points for months. I resent an email last month after the first one was deleted without being read - this morning I got another alert that after 5 weeks, my second message was again deleted without being read. :mad:

I'm going to do some research and see if I can find an email address for one of the directors.

Dont know if you have tried this, but save the contact us page on toluna as a favorite, then everyday log on and write them a copy-paste where are my points email.

I did this when I was waiting 6 weeks for my amazon voucher, I lasted 5 days emailing them every day, I got the voucher on the 5th day.

Could be coincidence, but wont hold me back from doing this again if I have to wait over the suggested 1 month in future!
