Did you pester them for it?

I sent away for my Amazon voucher on the 29th July and have emailed them loads. They are just ignoring me. I am defo quitting as soon as they send me the voucher.

I sent a couple of emails but didn't get a reply. The voucher just arrived this morning. I had heard from somewhere that survey sites only get a certain amount of vouchers and have to wait for them - I wouldn't mind that if they let us know!

I just checked my points balance and have recieved 10,000 points because of "level advancement" have no idea what that means but yay! anyway lol.

Although I've never recieved any points from doing surveys that I've recieved in emails which must be about 20,000 points worth.

I'm off to do some sponsered polls now, I have about 30,000 points so hopefully it won't be too much longer 'til I can claim an amazon voucher.

I got an email from them today about delayed vouchers:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately coinciding with our launch of our new website we have experienced some problems and there is a delay in the sending out of vouchers. However your order is on our server and will be sent out as soon as these problems have been resolved. The vouchers up till mid July have been sent out and we should be sending out vouchers for the rest of July soon. Please accept our apologies for this delay and I hope that you enjoy your vouchers when they arrive.

They've awarded me points for surveys I already have points for yet haven't awarded me points for a bunch of surveys I've done. Meh, means I'm about 1000 points behind what I should be.

Whippe do dha, they are gonna send out JULY vouchers SOON, ahem, it's SEPT :eek: when are they sending out augusts? :rolleyes: how slow can they be. Even e-vouchers take them 3 months to email. I don't like them, i've had one voucher in one year. I think i'll quit too, it's not worth it, plus i dont have patience to wait 3 months for a email code!
