once i have completed a survey i put the email they sent regards it in a special toluna folder i have set up on my hotmail that way i have proof i received it and can refer bk to it to see which points im due.0

This is what I do and I also note the reference number and the amount of points in my diary too. That way I know what day I completed the survey in case it is different to the day I receive the email.
I am trying to chase up some points and have also had the email I sent through the contact pages returned as undeliverable so I am trying the email address noted above.Save £12k in 2022 #54 reporting for duty0 -
I am having loads of problems too!!!..i have e-mailed them and it bounces back...I have done loads of 15 point thingies and it hasn't added the points on for ages even though they show as done in the points list.I also get screened out when I have answered loads of questions!!!!...they are a waste of space....I also have points missing for surveys.Perhaps they have gone bust!!!!!...I also had the problem where I did a full survey and on the last question it froze!!!!..e-mailed Lauren but got an e-mail back saying that they can't look into individual cases ..what's that about?0

Ditto - think this site is a bit of a waste of time. G** knows how long it will take to get enough points for a voucher (60000 pts!!!!!!)Weight loss - here we go again - watch this space!

still no sign of my blasted voucher!! BUT - had 5 surveys from them yesterday - and yep - only qualified and managed to complete one (so what's new)...but I noticed that these skinflints are no longer giving 500 points if you don't qualify/survey is full...you get prize draw entries instead..and only 1, 2 or 3 at that...whoopiedoodie...:mad:
Sent a strongly worded email to them on Sunday...and - suprise suprise - it bounced back...and the points are STILL not adding up with the polls either...All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0 -
any one else do the 4 part survey yest, then get an email this morning saying that there was a fault and you have to do it again (if you want to take part)

Yesterday I had around 30000 points added to my account for some older surveys.0

I sent them another email yesterday chasing points for 23 surveys I completed from December last year to the end of April. The email bounced......:mad:
When I finally manage to get a response on that issue I will send another email chasing the points for 12 other surveys I have completed since the beginning of May. :rolleyes:Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
