Came across this thread so thought I'd try and convert most of my earnings, since things aren't looking too great for Toluna.

Got this response for converting 60k pts. into a £10 Sainsbury's voucher:

You have successfully converted 1 units for 60000 points. Your order will be processed but the vouchers will only be delivered in July because of a planned restructing of the rewards department at Toluna. We endeavour to offer you even better service from July.

EDIT: I've noticed lately that I have to complete far too much before finding out I don't qualify... very annoying! They're too fond of ie for my liking too, often complaining about Firefox, which is my preferred browser.. 'bit antiquated...

I know this question's probably been asked before so please excuse my lack of searching. But as anybody on here ever tested a product from Toluna? I keep signing up for testing products but have yet to test anything.

That's fairly annoying. Worth installing the IETab extension for Firefox for these things. Gives you a little Firefox icon in the bottom right hand corner of the browser, and clicking on that switches to IE for that page. No loading IE and then copying the address, just click and switch. Right-click on it instead, and you can add a filter to always load a page from whatever site in IE. Makes things much easier, really.

And now I've posted something that might be vaguely helpful...

What email address have people been using to email these people to complain about missing points? I thought I'd point out an error at the end of a survey (which may or may not have prevented me getting my points after filling in the whole lot), so I used the form on their website, which then ended up with the email it should be sending internally to the right person bouncing back to me as undeliverable. D'oh!

Of course, not helped by the fact that GMail marked it as spam (as bounces usually are lately).

Ive been using the "contact us" form via the Toluna website and have received nothing back after 7 emails , I think the email facility maybe down, but Ive been emailing them since March. I cant find any other email address to use.

Ive tried contact us and replying to their email and both have bounced back!

I have just done 74 Sponsered Polls on Toluna for 15 points each. That equals 1110 points.
I also did about 60 a couple of days ago.
These are very quick to do and the points soon mount up.

I used the contact form on Toluna website a few days ago. I was chasing missing points for surveys and received a response within a few days, asking for copies of the survey invitations. I sent these straightaway but haven't received anything since.

They seem really slow at adding points at the minute.

Same. I did this some time ago and after a week received nothing, sent another email and the survey invites, still waiting.
