whats the deal wiv these sponor polls done a few but my points dnt move is it a glitch

Me too. Done about 5 now stretching back over 3 weeks. No sign of any points.
Getting a bit fed up with it tbh.

I have got the same problem with the sponsered polls .Have realized that a lot of them are ones i have done before and had been deleted from the list .so maybe that is the problem.

Yeah i got really excited that they're giving us a chance to make points from the sponsored polls by wiping out the answers or something? But then my points stopped moving after a few surveys (the new ones i'd not ever done before) and i realised that it's probably a mistake on their side, ie-not showing results for the ones you've already answered and therefore no way of telling if you've already done them or not. I was a bit suss to be honest which is why i noticed quite quickly, i kept doing a couple of pages then checking my points. They really should have a better way of showing which surveys you've done like maybe showing exactly how many 'sponsored' polls you've answered (780/840) and giving each poll a number so that the ones you've missed out are easy to find!

Let's hope the next time there's a glitch like this they actually give us the points for them too!:D

You can change your points to iPoints?? Please could someone tell me how to do that - because if that's the case, I'm a happy bunny again...:D

Ooohh, i've already been on the site this mornin and had no problems and now i just logged in again so i could let you know (mrsdinozzo) how to convert your points and got the following message:

Our servers are currently being upgraded.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The service will be up shortly.

sS for converting points-its' really simple. You just go to 'your rewards' (in the 'you' section i think) and then you'll see the ipoints option on that page and it will say something like 'enter how many points you want to convert' or 'redeem your points here'. Sorry it's a bit difficult without actually seeing the site but it is really straight foward once you're on that page-just follow the instructions.:)

EDIT-Just checked my information ^ as the site is now back again, and i can't see the ipoints option in the rewards section!! Please someone tell me that i'm blind or something and they've not really stopped offering ipoints conversions!!?!?

just checked their blog thing...and it seems that ipoints conversions ended on 29.2.08...so - that's me decided then..my voucher arrives and I'm outta there...a lot of hard work for nowt basically...:mad:

Sorry to here that chick. I don't mind my Sainsbury's vouchers but ipoints were my back-up in case they every stopped Sainsbury's vouchers. You never know with Toluna. LIke when they did Amazon vouchers and then stopped, and then started again! :rolleyes:

No worries hon...it's just I get the feeling Toluna are taking the michael most of the time...I only seem to get surveys I'm booted out of unless they're for a measly amount of points, I've signed up for goodness knows how many trials/tests and never been selected and it does take forever to build up your points to get anything...ho hum...
