How do you get the surveys? Are you notified or do you find them on the site somewhere?
I have about 20,500 & have come to a standstill. I noticed that I was credited with 500 points for 2 surveys?? but it didnt say what they were. Are they ones you submit?

Toluna usually email surveys to you. The 500 points are probably for surveys you have started but not been allowed to finish.

Morning all, i've been a member of Toluna probably since the beginning of the year and although i participate in all the surveys they send me, and click every sponsored poll, i'm unsure how else to earn points, and as a result it seems to take me forever to earn enough for a voucher! I'd love some of your ideas please so that i can make full use out of this site, thanks! :beer:

Hi,
I had waited around 5 weeks for my sainsburys vouchers - emailed them via the "contact us", heard nothing for 2 days. Miraculously my vouchers appeared a couple of days after that, followed by a "thank you for your email" response by which time they had sent the vouchers out! I think a gentle reminder should do it, try looking for a Contact Us option. Good luck

Although I've no problems with Toluna per se...what does nark me is that I get invited to do a survey for ... for example 50000 points...or 30000 points...and I get booted out because I don't fit the profile...yet, if I do a survey for less than that...it's not a problem and I get to finish it...and got an invite only this am for one offering 20000 points...and as per usual..got kicked out too...also, had one survey from Lightspeed yesterday...got kicked out of that one (I don't drive, and it says so in my profile and I still get surveys for cars/insurance...:mad: )...anyway...not ten minutes later, I had the EXACT same survey from Toluna...what is going on??

btw..ordered my Sainsburys voucher on 13.5.08...and I'm still waiting...and have a feeling I could be waiting a while...

Yeah, it is so annoying when you get e-mails with survey invites and you don't fit the criteria.

They should check the personal/general surveys!

How can i increase my points? I've completed all the interest surveys and sponsored polls. I have 16 851 points but now there doesn't seem to be anything left to do

Hi,

Toluna currently award 100 points for each 80 word + opinion you write. These are not credited immediately, but are placed in a queue, and about a month or so after, all your 80 word + opinion points are awarded to you. These are going to change soon though, they've got some new system that will be replacing the current one. This will award you for polls and opinions you create based on popularity, and this I think will be measured with the 'useful' and 'non useful' votes you get - can't say I like the sound of this change!

You can also earn points by referring friends; you earn 500 points for each refferral that registers on toluna.
