I ordered vouchers and they arrived in 6 days, may be a fluke:rotfl:0

I ordered my HMV voucher few weeks ago and already got them, mind you though i was waiting for them about 3 months last year.0

Twice in as many days, I've had two survey alerts from Toluna - one for 6,300 points and the other just this minute for 10,000 points. In both cases, I've hit the button within seconds of getting the alert to be told I'm not suitable for the survey or they've had the number of respondents needed!!! I cannot *believe* either explanation - as I see it, the only way I'm going to get any points with these people is by voting in the sponsered polls - so I'll still be nowhere near hitting 30,000 points for my Sainsbury voucher until this time next year!! Why do I bother?? Should I just jack them in or what?? Mmm, I really don't know!!All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0

I ordererd a HMV E voucher, received it after about 4 weeks but when I go to redeem it , HMV state that the E voucher code is invalid, so they wont let me use it. I have contacted Toluna 3 times by email, every one has been ignored....:mad:

Is anyone else waiting on points being credited from December last year? I suppose I should write to TL, but it takes so long for them to get back to you/understand your request. Though maybe they just pretend not to get it so you'll go away.0

Yes, I am. I am currently waiting on points for 27 surveys to be credited, some of which are from November and December. It's very frustrating.
same here it appears that they hope people will forget about the surveys that they have done ages ago and then theyt wont have to credit them
every time you email them about the points outstanding they give a numbnut response about : they are waiting for the survey to close even though the survey was in november crap response.0 -
