when i ordered mine at xmas i had no problems at all, the only prob i have now is about the gift survey i did guarenteed 20 pound voucher, still not got it they emailed me bout 3 weeks ago asking for my address so they could send it still no joy any one else have this problem

I'm emailing them everyday with my question until it's sorted. I really don't find this acceptable. I know it seems like I'm getting this for nothing but many hours work went into racking up 60,000 points.

oh my god i nearly fainted this morning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered £10 sainsburys vouchers on the 4th april and they turned up this morning on the 12th !!!!!!!!!!!!

I was another one of those people who thought that toluna didnt actually send out products for testing but the posty proved me wrong yesterday.

I only got a pocket size pack of peanut M&Ms but they are free and I love them

Now just have to wait and see if I get sent the follow up email to rate the product.

Edit.. just logged on my toluna account and noticed that I havent actually reg'd to test any M&Ms lol oh well they were still nice

Toluna have always been quite quick to reply to my e-mails. The voucher's always arrive too, often before '4 weeks'.

Oo after only 1 email they replied the next day and I got a new shiny HMV e-voucher which is now all used up

When we launched the new Toluna last October, we were faced with several problems related to our points for opinions policy. There were many attempts to cheat by copying and posting the same opinion on multiple topics, and a great deal of junk content. As a result, we were forced to moderate opinions before awarding the points; this put an end to the most of the bad content on the site, but also caused our members inconvenient delays in receiving their points and vouchers.



So we brainstormed, and decided it was time for a change; and thus was born a brand new social points system, which will reward members of the Toluna Community for the quality and popularity of the content they create, as measured by the other members of the community. The new system will reward members for the polls and opinion topics they create as well as the opinions they post, and will not affect points awarded for participation in surveys, sponsored polls and personal interest surveys.



We will be making a detailed announcement shortly, with all the information you’ll need to know; keep watching this space for more details.

I have managed to get to 69000 points with about 20000 pending. Is there a time limit for claiming? I would really like to leave them and keep building and redeem nearer xmas, but obviously dont want to lose them. What do you all think?

Id cash out wheneva ive got enough for a voucher cause you can neva tell when they are gonna put the points up for a voucher,at least that way you can still save but have the vouchers in a drawer in your house.anyways thats just my 2pence worth.
