I got my HMV voucher yesterday but when I tried to add it to my account it said the code was invalid. I tried around 6 times and emailed them yesterday about the problem but I don't expect a reply anytime soon.
Anyone else had this kind of problem?0 -
I had the same problem, phoned HMV they said nothing they could do as it was a corporate problem and that Toluna would need to sort it out. Need the voucher to take £12 of the £60 guitar hero game my son wants for his birthday in 2.5 weeks. Can't hold off much longer from ordering.
