my points have vanished too, I had just over 55,000 the other day and now it says i`ve got 4,645, what the hell is going on over there

I had 27,000 and now says i have 0. Points haven't been right in my account for over a month. Would love to know what's going on.

Go to MY REWARDS - your real number of points should show there. Not sure why but they've got some glitch they are working on

check your reward page i have been a member for ages but now my dashboard says new member and shows no points. BUT onmy rewards page my 53000 points are still there

I just registered with Toluna, but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle.

The site seems a bit flaky and I'm not sure I really trust it either.

hi redrabbit29 it is a lot of work to get the points, its taking me ages to get to the amount for a voucher. You get invited to surveys which after a few questions quite often bomb you out saying they have reached the criteria for that survey, I am sure people have better experiences than me. ican't tell how well they pay out as I am still trying to get enough points for a voucher.

They've always got some glitch they are working on! If I made that many excuses, I'd have been fired long ago!!
