I don't know why it should take so long to send electronic vouchers. Other survey companies send them almost immediately.0

I tend to get suspicious of poor payers and ones that say "the cheque is in the post". It can mean that they are in financial difficulties.
On a different subject has anyone ever won a prize from Opinion World's prize draw?0 -
I have been using Toluna for years without problem. But the last few months have been terrible. I requested an HMV voucher on 24/07/08 which never apeared, although every time I emailed them they replied quite quickly to say they were experiencing some technical problems but the voucher would be sent out soon.
I sent a strongly worded email last month implying that would cancel my account if I did not receive my voucher and received the following reply today.
Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for your email, your account has been removed as you were found to be not respecting our membership policy by “speeding” in the surveys. This means that you have been rushing when answering the surveys in a time that would make it impossible to read and the questions.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.

As I said I have been a member of Toluna for a couple of years and do not "speed" the surveys, but a lot of them come in the same format so you get to know what to expect and so can complete them quicker. I think this is what happens when you complain too much and they simply do not want to pay out. I have also posted on the Toluna blog to warn users there.0 -
The more I read about Toluna and their business practices the more I am glad that I have decided to leave. They are not an ethical company to deal with and don't value their contributers.0

I was waiting for my HMV voucher from toluna for around a month so i wrote them an angry email giving out to them about how difficult can it be to send an e-voucher....about an hour later they email me the voucher. all it takes is an email telling them how disgusted you are with their service and how you're going to leave and they soon get the voucher to ya....its happened before too and they then just send the voucher out!0

I ordered a paper voucher for Sainsburys at the beginning of September and emailed them last week asking where it was as the delivery date on my account just said 'N/A'
They said that they were behind, blah blah and that it would be sent this week, and it did arrive yesterday. I have spent it already!0 -
Thanks. I have just registered. I was trying to add a photo but it said it was more than 1gb. Didn't know how to alter so just left it. I now have to wait for a confirmation email.0

Thank god for this thread. On the plus side I signed up with Toluna about two weeks ago and already got 22000 points but I think I'll be quitting after the first voucher. On the minus side my points just disappeared (although I found them thanks to the hints given here), the site rarely workes properly and it seems to take ages to get vouchers as I read here.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250

All this week on Toluna there have been lots of short surveys, each earning between 60 to 120 points. There are quite a few there this morning, some for 120 points, although not all votes register. However, this morning I have earned around another 500 points. Keep refreshing the page to see more surveys appearing.
