I don't seem to ever be getting any surveys since they changed to Toluna. Just do the sponsorred polls when I visit the site once in a while. Gave up on the product testing.
Anyone on Ciao Surveys ? Do you get any rewards from them? Because since they changed from the ciao website to ciaosurveys all I get it massively long surveys for 10p even though all the profiles are done, and usually I get the boot once I am half way anyway - just redeemed my money I don't think I will be staying with them for long. Was wondering if anyone had the same experience.0 -
I find Toluna really good I ordered my £10 Sainsbury voucher and it came in 2 weeks and it was about as long with the voucher i received previous to that. I never have any problems receiving my points from surveys and get regular invitation to surveys. Also now that have daily sponsored polls on the homepage with higher points too! I think Toluna is really good. Maybe you guys need to update your profiles?! Sorry you are all having trouble with them0

Ciao owe me money!
Having donje the vast majority of the stupidly low paying surveys they offer (I was bored) I was expecting triple the amount showing in my account.
I have eraned £5. I dont think so! I am owed over £10. To my calculations my totals should be £15 plus. Then there are the surveys that have just been done. I know they have closing dates and all but its getting on for a month delayed now. I am fed up.
I did try emailing ciao, but either you get no replyu, or an automated reply. Great if your feeling like you want to have a scream, not so good for results as infact you are screaming at a brick wall.
I have requested a bank transfer, its been a month now and its still showing as "pending". I think guys and gals, we have found a survey site worse then toluna!0 -

Glad you getting on with toluna- just keep tabs on your points, seriously, count the surveys and count your points, they can both go down without you realising otherwise.
Toluna had taken 3500 from my account three times in 3 months, it didnt't even show on the account they had taken it, the points just vanished. I lost count of the emails to get the points reissued. Eventually they have- but going on the last experiences, I will not be holding my breath as to how long they are there.
Its also common for you to not get paid for surveys you have done- so its worth keeping tabs on that too.
Its not so much not getting any surveys from toluna ppl are concerned about (or should I say angry about), its .....
The points never turning up.
Or points vanishing from the account,
Or replies being non existant or automated or saying "we are in France" as though this is an excuse. (Do they not have computers in France?? I think you will find they do, I think saying they are French is the biggest dumb excuse I have heard- French ppl seem to work perfectly normally where I see them!)
Or surveys screening you out too late into the survey, after asking your opinion several times, you et screened out, not fair, you have provided info, they have not provided the minute credit they promised.
Or vouchers- they take apparently a few weeks according to Toluna, only they don't. A few months is a better description. Its also sent to you via email, its a code voucher. Now I am not expecially computer literate, but I do know that emails are instant- or near enough. I could expect it taking a month or two via snail mail- but only just. But several months because its from France? in an email?? whats going on?!
Product tests are hard to come by, I guess there are lots of ppl on toluna so its hard to get in one- that I can understand. But poor customer service and slowness, if I were a company, I would not be issuing my testing or surveys wit toluna, they must have so many of us that are fed up with them that I would worry about the authenticity!0 -
I use toluna, I have ordered two voucher for sainsburys on seperate occcasions. Each time Toluna seem to take a long time, first one I sent an email after 6 weeks of not receiving anything, they replied back too.. sent my voucher within a week of contact, the second turned up about 5 weeks later after ordering. :rolleyes:One Poll : £16.40, Toluna : £12.00 Voucher + 24105, Points, Lightspeed : 530 points, Ipoints: 1140 Points
Valued Opinions : £4.50, Pigsback : 960 Poinst

Have you been active in the opinions section? Until they changed the rules it was possible to make around 30,000 points in a month with a bit of graft.
Of course they have changed all that and made it hard(er) to earn any points at all now...so I will be cashing in just as soon as I have earned another 3000 points, which should take about 2-3 weeks. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
