Yea I got one emailed to me about a week ago. Only took 2 weeks for me to get it too. I have been lucky in always getting vouchers quite quickly, other people seem to have to wait ages.

It can occasionally take upwards of 4 weeks to arrive, I have had to wait 9 weeks before now.

that's why I gave up toluna a while back. athough if they have improved maybe I should try them again.

i got a halfords voucher a few weeks ago and it was a paper one took about a month to arrive. not sure about amazon ones

I joined a few months ago but never seem to get points for the surveys I do. I have only had credit for 2 surveys when i must have done 20+ I have stopped doing surveys and just vote on sponsored polls.

To be honest i've never had a problem with Toluna - it's always taken between 2-6 weeks but I've always got my Amazon voucher by email.

You have to remember (re- the crediting of points from surveys) that they only put your points on your account when they have the survey filled. I've had some surveys credited a good 2-3 months after doing them.

That's not to say they don't miss some but I always write down the survey ID number and then fire off an email if i'm not credited within that 3 months.

If you were only doing one survey site you probably wouldn't be advised to use them but I do Toluna with 2 or 3 others and I must've had £75-90 worth of vouchers since I joined 18 months ago.

I used to do so well with ToLuna, then when they had a change on the website I completely stopped getting surveys, it took a lot of chasing to get my e vouchers, and was getting fed up of the same replies about them being caught in my spam folder ( they hadn't!) eventually got them to look into it properly and re send the codes by email and then I could claim my vouchers.

I changed my registered email to my hotmail one with them, and have since had surveys through nearly every day so it appears it was something to do with my AOL email address. They weren't reaching me at all before, not even into my spam folder but with hotmail it's fine.

I thought I'd start doing all the quickvotes again seeing as I am now getting proper surveys to boost my total, and sat and did loads last night only to notice the points weren't adding on to my total!!!! grrrrr!!!!!!!

I Ordered An Amazon Voucher In September.i Have Sent Endless Emails Regarding This.they Keep On About My Spam Filter Which Is Rubbish.. It Says It Would Be Posted On The Vouchers List To Be Received Around 16/11/08.i Am Getting Really Fed Up!

Thats exactly the same answer i am getting from them about it being 'my spam filter' and to check back through my emails. Sounds like we are all being conned with the same line. Looks like they haven't bothered to send them.
