Iam so fed up of Toluna, think they must be the worst survey site I have ever used. First you have to wait months to get your points added, even then many never appear despite so many emails sent to them. Then to add further insult to injury they make you wait months to receive an e-voucher code, which could easily be sent within a couple of days. I have just over 60,000 points in my account (if they ever cough up the missing points), so am closing my account as soon as I get the last voucher, as its far more hassle than its worth.:dance: :dance::dance:0

I have mailed to them asking about it, Also stating I have not recieved it in my junk mail. Also no reply from the main customer service address.

It is of little use to email them using the link that they give you in the FAQ, 9 times out of 10 you won't even get a response, but those addresses above pretty much guarantee that you will get you vouchers sorted out.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Thank you for your email. Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it normally takes about four weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. I can confirm the e-voucher will arrive into the inbox of the email address listed on your profile depending on which voucher you have ordered within the four weeks we predict. We have however had an unforeseen problem this Summer where we were unable to send out vouchers therefore resulting in a delay and we are now catching up with them, you can keep up-to-date with us on our blog which can be found here: http://ukblog.toluna.com/ which is updated with news regularly. Currently we are up to vouchers ordered up till the date 16/10/08. Again I would like to apologize for this inconvenience and I hope you are still enjoying your time on the new site and that you receive your voucher soon.

I never have any problems receiving my vouchers, and I have received loads over the last year, but they rarely arrive within the 3 week promise...4-5 weeks is more common.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Originally I had decided against joining Toluna as when I googled I found several comments about poor data security for personal details which put me off - has anyone experienced this? A few months down the line however, I now find myself addicted to surveys! Frustrated at receiving so few from other survey companies or always being screened out, I have even resorted to doing the 10p ciao ones lately (and I even get screened out of those too, boo!) so I have been re-considering Toluna. The comments on this thread leave me in two minds though.0
