Waiting for a voucher ordered over two months ago, despite a couple of e-mails. They really are annoying.

  • I've just had my account closed by toluna apparently for duplicate account in use?? But I only have one and have never set a second up so don;t get where they have that from. There customer service not helpful at all will not answer the question of what e-mail etc used on duplicate account or when supposed to have been used by me!

SO lost approx 30000 points and was waiting on £10 voucher which don't know if will get now.

I too ordered a HMV voucher in November - the 17th. Did it come via e:mail or post? Am getting excited now, can't believe they take so long sending them out though - was hoping to use mine for a Xmas pressie:(

  • Toluna has a lot of haters, but I'm not one of them - I've had more out of them in the last year than VO (which I haven't found to be nearly as good as most people reckon), and I've just been accepted for a survey next month with a guaranteed decent amount at the end of it. I don't bother trying for the test products any more, but I do a lot of the surveys. The slow payment thing is slightly ridiculous, but I've always had payment from them and that's the main thing! Certainly a million times better than the likes of Ciao!
