It's all very well doing all these short surveys but when you don't get the vouchers - what's the point?

Spend your time with those companies that do pay you.

I just got an email from toluna for a survey saying it would take 15 minutes. When i clicked through the survey site it would take 40 mins.

I logged in again today and collected loads of points - some for 60 or 90, then loads of 15 point polls. I kept refreshing and more surveys kept appearing. The votes counted and have been added to my balance. the website is slow (as always) but workable.

I am still a big fan of this site and I will continue to use it for a very LONG time!

Toluna has become a terrible site, they rarely cough up hard earned points and the time it takes to get a voucher is ridiculous! The site is also riddled with glitches that makes it a nightmare to use, the blog is full of people complaining about it.

My advice to people is to stop using it until they sort the place out.

OMG its slow! Just tried the site just now, wow, it puts my dead modem to shame!

I agree totally.

They ignore emails, don't pay the vouchers and are generally ****.
Stop doing the surveys and they might get their act together.

Quick member check, anyone here using a different name to the one they use on Toluna? For the record I am on there as "magnius" and regularly moaning about something
