Like most everyone I am sick to death of Toluna failing to issue vouchers when we have earned the points. I applied on the 14th August for Amazon vouchers (60,000) and have received nothing.
All the other polls settle very quickly.
I think we should boycott Toluna polls until they get their act together or go bust. I haven't been doing any emailed polls for 4 weeks now.

Aleast you get the points Mikey47. I have now lost count of the times they have made 35000 points just vanish from my account. Months of emails later I get them back....only for them to vanish the very next day!! AGGGGGHHH!

What I can't understand is why people continue to support Toluna polls when they are so shoddy in dealing with their pollsters.
They ignore my requests for the vouchers but still send survey requests every day.
Other polling companies usually send electronic vouchers the next day.
Once I get these vouchers I'm out!

Same here- I just need 120 points to be able to 'cash in' my next lot of points and then that's it!
Does anyone know what the deal is with the sponsored polls?
Usually they're 15 points each- but quite a few say anything from 30- 150 points. When I click on the polls with larger points nothing happens (surprise surprise!!!). I've clicked on polls that say 30 or 60 points- then checked my points balance. It registers that I've done the poll- but I've only been accredited with 15 points for each one.
All the polls are the 'sponsored by Quick Vote' ones.

  • Hi, the new sponsored polls worked for me. When you click them a pop up will open and then it asks a few questions on a topic, that's why it is for more points. Did the pop-up open or have you got pop-ups blocked? The points were added right for mine I think.

Whilst I agree it is not a good service the "e-vouchers" usually turn up within the 8 week period indicated on the Estimated date of delivery date of the the item on the your vouchers screen.

Also the points are often wrong on the your points screen but are usually correct on the your rewards screen!

You boycott them if you like but unless you can get numbers behind you it ain't gonna make any difference - sadly. They are an international organisation and it takes a lot of people to impact on them. (Anybody got any French mates? I think they are based or run from France.)

I do hate having to chase about half of the survey rewards for participation be it screenout or completing the survey.

However I started a poll about the subject of the problems we have with Toluna (hoping to use it to get some action) and got hardly any responses - less than 40.

bargainlover08, the odd thing is, I've had a couple 'open' with a few questions (the ones that are worth abound 30-60 points) but every single one worth more points than that won't do anything. I don't get why some open and some don't. With the ones that I have managed to open, I'm only being accredited 15 points regardless of how many the poll says it's worth.
Anyone else had this sort of problem?

Ok- just to prove myself wrong....

I just popped over to the site to have one last go.
The polls I did before still show up as 15- but the others are working ok now and I got the correct points for them- which means I've just managed to 'cash in' some points.
Now lets see how long the Amazon vouchers take to actually show up.......

Yesterday I managed to do lots of the opinion polls and must have gained well over a thousand points. I had to keep pressing 'Refresh' but there were lots of polls which were eventually rewarded.

I've also been waiting for an Amazon voucher for well over a month. In 'Vouchers' there is now a date for delivery of this voucher so hopefully I should be rewarded within a couple of weeks.

Libra10. Don't get your hopes up!

I've just looked at the promised date for my vouchers from the 14th August and it states 29 September:rolleyes: .

I've also used the contact us email and again no replies.

I'm out as soon as the vouchers do arrive. I'm still not doing the surveys I get requests for every day.
