I'm still waiting for my tescos 1 requested it in august said it was processed on 22\12\14 sent an email to say I haven't received it. They said to wait a bit linger as its not necessarily sent on this date. So will give it another week if still not received they want me to open another query with them and send my address as well. Hopefully I might get it so much hassel .

It sounds as if I should thank my lucky stars! I quite thought everyone who ordered vouchers in August would soon be writing in to say they'd received theirs. I assumed all of them would be sent out together! I guess that's what comes of making people wait so long. They create a huge backlog that takes ages to deal with!
I do hope everyone waiting for their vouchers will receive them before too long.

They re-sent me a survey today, saying that due to an error, I had been unable to complete it and if I now completed it, I would get 2,400 points. When I clicked on it, I found that had become a 'Prize Draw Entry' also! What's going on? Needless to say I didn't even attempt to complete it!

I am also in shock with this wonderful Toluna Prize Draw novelty! What prize is that and what draw, is it part of the normal sweep stakes or something else? And what is the price? Very, very cheeky site!

My £15 Tesco gift card has finally arrived.

It took 5 months and 3 days, plus numerous emails, and lots of angst before it arrived.

Is this a record?

I gave up bothering with Toluna middle of last year. I've been stuck at ~42,000 points for months because every survey I did magically transformed into a prize draw entry after I'd finished it.

I've been a member for a year and I've not gotten a single voucher. In the same amount of time I've gotten £10 a month on average from ipsos £15 a month on average from Valued Opinions and even managed about £15 from YourWord where I basically never qualify for the surveys and get 10p a time.

I have managed to amass £15 of vouchers, mostly 10p at a time, and still not managed a single £15 voucher from Toluna.

Finally received my voucher today after requesting it 5 months ago and sending a few emails better late than never but still a long while to wait. Hope everyone else has theirs by now or receiving it very soon
