I agree, there is no excuse for the way they treat their members.

Will wait until/if ever the vouchers owing to me are paid, then probably unsubscribe. It's not worth the hassle.

Nope! Four months for me as well now. I noticed I had a couple of thousand points added to my account in 'Compensation for delay in sending vouchers'! No use to me as I'm dumping them also once I get my vouchers. I haven't done any of their surveys for ages now. No point is there?

NB: Out of curiosity, does anyone know how long it tales for E-Vouchers like Amazon and Paypal payments to be sent? Is the waiting time much shorter?

Toluna don't deserve loyalty, do they?

I think e vouchers also take about a couple of months to be sent. I've done very few surveys for Toluna recently. Not worth the hassle.

I've been waiting since 1 July for mine and have now reached another 80,000 and claimed an Asda voucher. Getting quite ridiculous. They could easily sort out something for those of us who have been waiting for this length of time. What with this and MySurvey also playing silly beggars I'll be down to just Valued Opinions.

No, I haven't. I am waiting for a tesco one too. I have emailed them last week, and no reply!

Well, I don't know about you, but I think I'd rather they waited until the new year before sending them now. With our luck concerning Toluna, if they posted the vouchers out at this time of the year, they'd probably get lost in the Christmas Post! :eek:
