Absolutely stark staring NOTHING! But then, in all fairness, I've never won ANYTHING in any other survey company's 'Prize Draws' either! What a surprise! That's why I NEVER do ANY survey from ANY survey company offering an entry into a 'Prize Draw' as a reward for completing one of their surveys! :rotfl:0 -

I haven't won in a Toluna prize draw but I have received a product to test from the 'Test Products' section of the site though.0 -
Hope I'm wrong but I'm getting the impression they may be in trouble and go bust before we ever get our Tesco vouchers as as happened to me several times already with other survey companies. Seems mighty suspicious that they can't let us swap to get a different voucher when the solution is in their hands. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

I've written to them again asking why some people have received Tesco vouchers ordered in October, whilst people like myself have been waiting since August. Not received a reply yet though. Just an acknowledgment.
I don't think I'll be doing any more surveys for them. I've become used to waiting for points to be added (the waiting time for these has got somewhat shorter recently) and having to wait a long time for vouchers, but I've always got my points and vouchers in the end. But this voucher business is getting really bad now; even for Toluna!0 -

Nope! Has anyone ever won with the gifties? I bought a couple for the first time the other day - only the low value ones like 10 points for a cuddly toy - but I don't want to keep throwing my points away if I'm unlikely to win.0 -
I agree with your comments gemini, there is no logic to the way Toluna run their company. And they show no respect for panel members who have spent ages completing their surveys.
I had ordered National Garden vouchers sice the Tesco ones, and they arrived here last week.
Have almost reached another 80000 points, but only doing the better paying surveys.
Well, this is the answer I got to my third e-mail to them:
"Thank you for your email. I would like to sincerely apologize for this delay, and I can assure you that Augusts’ voucher requests are currently being treated as high priority by our Incentive Team and the voucher will be delivered to you shortly.
We receive a very large number of payment requests, and occasionally the volume of requests are higher than our original estimations. This is especially the case at this time of year, and can lead to a delay in the delivery process.
Although sometimes situations such as this occur, I would like to reassure you that we have always honored our commitments and vouchers have always been sent to our members after they have been requested. We value our members, we strive to enhance their experience and we are constantly taking steps to speed up the delivery process.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience.
Kind regards,
Daisy Mills
Thank you for contacting us.
The Toluna Team"
I received this on the 2nd December, so I don't know what she means by 'Shortly'! I haven't got them yet and they are still 'Processing' in my account! What really annoys me is the way she talks about the extra 'Volume of requests at this time of the year' when they've had since August to send these vouchers! Wouldn't you think they'd get all the outstanding ones out of the way in anticipation of the extra 'Volume' at 'This time of the year'? Of course, if they do send them now, they'll be caught up in the Christmas rush....but maybe that's what they are hoping, so if they don't arrive, they can say they've got lost in the Post.....! I think this has to be the longest time I have ever had to wait for my vouchers. Nearly four months!

I totally agree, gemini, and received exactly the same email from Toluna a couple of days ago! Obviously their standard letter!
Have applied for vouchers and payments from other survey companies and received within a week or so. Toluna push their members much too far. Also thought it ironic when they mentioned about delays 'at this time of year', as it was mid Summer when the vouchers were ordered.
Nothing we can do, I suppose, just have to wait.0 -
Have any members received their long-awaited Tesco vouchers yet?
Four months now for me!0 -
This is one survey site I have abandoned - they must be the worst one out there. It really annoyed me that just as I thought I had enough points to claim an award, they would deduct some of them as they were out of time.
I don't know any other site that does this.0
