What are the contact details that you got the reply from.
A number of us are waiting on £100 Amazon voucher for a previous survey/campaign and all we seem to be getting is ignored. I am fed up waiting for it and the other peeps that I have been in contact with are fed up also. We were guaranteed this would be with us in October and it is now November so would be good to be able to get a reply from someone. I have even threatened them with Watchdog, but still no answer.
The e-mail I got was from their usual:
support@surveycenter.com
But...there are a couple of other e-mails I have collected over the years when I couldn't get any joy from the usual Toluna contacts. Whether they still work though is another matter. Anyway, try:
mark.simon@toluna.com
OR:
avner.erez@toluna.com
Having said that though, you should use their 'Contact Us' on their website first. I know I said 'Keep it polite' in my other Post, but I have heard that if people are deliberately rude, they get nowhere. There's no harm in sounding indignant, (I did myself in my last to them) but rudeness just gets completely ignored and even getting yourself thrown out altogether if the rudeness descends into obcentities, etc.!
Can I ask when you completed your survey/campaign? Knowing Toluna, when they say you'll get paid in say, six weeks, you can usually add at least another six to that! So...if they said you'd get your (my goodness, what did you have to do to get £100?) in October, I would have taken that with a large pinch of salt and added at least another month or two before the actual payment! :rotfl:0 -

I have never been rude or obscene just direct.
I know it is not the fault of the customer services staff, but getting told lies get's you back up, why not just tell the truth and everyone would know where they stood, but I think that is too straight forward.0 -
I used them for 4 years and when the surveys got longer for less points, and it took longer to get a voucher I just left and I never looked back. There are better paying survey sites that dont take as much time.0

This is my point exactly, if we did not do all the things they asked us to do for the reward I could understand the delay but I followed it to the letter, wish I had kept the GHD's now and sold them privately. LOL
I have got a list of things from Amazon that I need to buy for Christmas and I am holding back just incase the voucher does come. By the time I get it all the stock will be gone so giving them until the end of this week then I am just ordering them anyway and paying for them with cold hard cash.
I will continue to contact Toluna regarding this issue.0 -
I have had a message to say the site is down for maintenance for at least 2 weeks now.Has anyone else got the same problem?0

Thank you I have twiddled around for most of the afternoon and have finally managed to log back on.0

It shows how badly Toluna treat their members compared to other companies.
Earlier today I claimed 2 £15 Amazon payments from Valued Opinions and the codes were sent within a couple of minutes.
A week ago I claimed a Paypal payment from My Surveys and the payment was made today.
These days I spend hardly any time doing Toluna surveys.0 -

Just about says it all dunnit!
I wrote to them again (as they asked in their e-mail to me) and got the very same reply; full of the same excuses as I got before! Still says 'Processing' in my 'Rewards'! :mad:0
