Exactly, I am going to give them until next week and then send the letter back to them scanned into an e-mail highlighting the portion that says " once the product has been returned, the Amazon £100 will be sent straight out".
Maybe if you send an e-mail to them also on this maybe they will realise that they have got it wrong on this occasion.
And if I don't get anywhere then I will be posting a complaint on Facebook. Any negative feedback usually is sorted straight away if you post on facebook or tweet on Twitter.
I will send an email and post my response when i get it, else will tweet them0 -

I can't see them either. They seem to have disappeared entirely!
There is still the option of flexcodes - which you can then convert to JL vouchers. Bit of a faff but I guess an option if the others don't reappear0 -

I ordered a £15 Tesco voucher on 21st August last and am still waiting for it! I wrote to them in October and this is what they replied:
"...Our Incentive Team is working on this with high priority and we can assure you that the Tesco vouchers will be processed as soon as possible. The reasons why we could not process them are soundly based and I rely upon your empathy in this respect...."
We are now well into November and still no sign...............!0 -

Oh well, in a way that does give us a bit of hope then. At least we know there are at least two of us still waiting and it's not that we've been forgotten!
I reckon that to save money, they wait until they have a lot of requests for whatever vouchers and then get a discount for ordering over a certain amount!
