I received an e-mail from Toluna today as follows:
"Hello,
As we are making an active effort to improve the help desk support service for our members, we are reviewing all the pending support cases. We have noticed that unfortunately a number of older support cases have been overlooked, one of them being this re-opened ticket which was initially addressed by one of our former colleagues.
In case the issue you have contacted us about still persists, we kindly ask you to open a new support case so that your query could be addressed properly. We advise you not to reopen this ticket, but to create a new one so that we may deal with your inquiry promptly.
We are distressed over this and we rely upon your sympathy and your understanding. Please be assured that our goal is to provide you with excellent service in order to enhance your experience on Toluna and don’t hesitate to address your concerns and we will be happy to assist you!
Thank you for your understanding!"
Remains to be seen, as we have heard it all before; (I reckon they've exhausted all of our 'Sympathy and understanding"!) But.... never let it be said........! I have now opened another query on their website! Fingers crossed!!! :rotfl:

Love to Shop? Think you'll find they've discontinued those! I used to get them too but had to opt for Tesco as second choice!

Well all that I know is I received an e-mail from Toluna a couple of months or so ago, saying they were 'Discontinuing for a while' Love to Shop, ASDA, B&Q, Boots, John Lewis & M&S vouchers and also the 60,000 points vouchers for the £10 Asda, Boots, & Argos ones too. Tesco seemed to be the only one of any use to me, so that's why I ordered that.
I have almost another 80,000 points to redeem, so I'll opt for the Love To Shop one again then. It's so versatile. Thanks for that.0 -

What are the contact details that you got the reply from.
A number of us are waiting on £100 Amazon voucher for a previous survey/campaign and all we seem to be getting is ignored. I am fed up waiting for it and the other peeps that I have been in contact with are fed up also. We were guaranteed this would be with us in October and it is now November so would be good to be able to get a reply from someone. I have even threatened them with Watchdog, but still no answer.0
