There's no excuse for Toluna's failure to honour rewards within a reasonable time.

Mid August I ordered £15 Tesco vouchers, and early October ordered £10 National Garden vouchers.

These were rewards from completing surveys for Toluna, probably during early Spring and Summer! As members know, it takes ages for the points to be 'actually' added to members' accounts.

Any surveys that members are completing now (going by Toluna's track record), probably won't be paid till next Spring, at the earliest!

These days I only complete Toluna surveys which are better paid than their run-of-the mill surveys. It's just not worth it!

Same here. Plus, I never even start a survey that is about something I know I'll probably get screened out of because I don't spend enough on stuff, like cars or mobile phones, or if I think my age is against me. You have to box clever with Toluna surveys. Still, what can you expect from the French? Ooops!

I have had an e-mail back once again telling me that the payment will be made within a matter of days. (that was on Monday).

I have also been told that I am one of the people which completed the survey properly so yes they will give me the voucher.

Is it just my bad eyesight or has Amazon vouchers disappeared from the Toluna Rewards program?

I can't find them anywhere and I am still waiting for £15 Amazon voucher ordered on 11-Oct-14.

I ordered mine at the beginning of October and received it yesterday. Every time I have ordered from them, it takes months to arrive!

Yes I've been waiting since August too. I Emailed them yesterday, and they replied saying they have been delayed for a valid reason, and they are trying their best to send them as soon as possible!
