I ordered mine at the beginning of October and received it yesterday. Every time I have ordered from them, it takes months to arrive!It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

If you ever get to 80,000. I must have accumulated nearing £200 from other survey sites in the time it's taken me to get to ~45,000 on Toluna.
Every survey I do ends up morphing into a prize draw so I get nothing from it. I've given up even bothering, not been on in months.0 -

I ordered a £10. Argos voucher at the beginning of August, and guess what, I haven't received it yet. I am bombarding them with e'mails regarding this, I wanted it to put towards a xmas present, no chance of that now.
Their latest reply:
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We fully understand that you feel disappointed by the extended delivery time scale for the vouchers. The hold up in processing this batch of vouchers has been caused by some unanticipated situations; the reasons why we could not send them are soundly based and I rely upon your empathy in this respect.
We are trying to process the outstanding vouchers as soon as possible. Our Incentive Team has already sent the request to our partner and, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your request or send another reward.
My empathy has damn well run out, so I have replied with.
So can you please give me a straight answer and tell me when I can expect this voucher, which again I emphasise should have never ever taken this long, other survey sites send theirs out with 1 - 2 wks, so nearly 4 months is ridiculous.
I urge everyone, to keep on at them, they need to sort this out. Once I reach points to get the next voucher and receive it, I am dumping them, they are a pain in the rear, and just not worth the aggro you get.0 -

Have you continued to do any surveys, say over the last 2 month?
If you have, why should they bother to pay you what you earned before?
If you haven't then they probably think you won't resume doing so, so why should they spend £10 on a likely failed attempt to win you back?
Sometimes workers striking can make a company respond but with Toluna I guess there are enough new people coming in to make it unnecessary to worry too much as long as they have enough in the various demographic groups.0 -

Yes. I ordered mine on 21st August and another on 13th November. I've received neither of them! It comes to something when you accumulate another 80,000 points after ordering your first voucher doesn't it? It's been almost three months now! I've written to them twice and got the same platitudes; they say there is a good reason for the delay, but no action is ever suggested, never mind taken! There must be something we can do, surely? I was hoping to get mine in time for Christmas to help with my shopping! :mad: I can't understand though why some people, who ordered Tesco Vouchers in October, should have received them, while people who have been waiting far longer, haven't! Doesn't make sense does it?0 -
I agree with your comments gemini, there is no logic to the way Toluna run their company. And they show no respect for panel members who have spent ages completing their surveys.
I had ordered National Garden vouchers sice the Tesco ones, and they arrived here last week.
Have almost reached another 80000 points, but only doing the better paying surveys.0
