Has anyone else been having issues with the site the last couple of days? I just keep getting an error page, can't get onto the site at all.0

I can get on the website but I cannot get onto my points or rewards section as it keeps saying error. I went through the toluna ipad app instead which works fine.0 -

Same here. Couldn't access my account, points or rewards for a time, but it seems fine now. (They did say it was them and not us though, which makes a change!)

I started using Toluna earlier this year and waited over 9 weeks for my first £15 Amazon voucher to 'Process'. My second £15 Amazon voucher (requested before the first actually processed) took 3 weeks.
3 weeks! I almost fell off my chair when I realized...
It seems totally random with Toluna. I really don't see why e-vouchers cannot be instant when other survey companies manage it.
Same here. My first voucher took 8 weeks to process, the second took 6 weeks and the third took 3 weeks. But to be honest I'm happy to wait the full 8 weeks if I have to. I earn more on Toluna than any other survey site and you do always get the vouchers in the end.0 -
glad to say my voucher turned up yesterday so will gladly crack on with the surveys now, I just didn't want to spend loads of my time doing surveys and knowing my luck nothing turning up:beer:0

My National Garden Centre voucher also turned up yesterday.
Took 9 weeks from date of ordering.
Waiting for a Tesco voucher now.0 -

We've both had the usual Toluna problems with slowness etc but otherwise all fine. I ordered a voucher in August - just looked at my account and they've cancelled my order due to "mutiple accounts". They never bothered to email me to check this or tell me they were cancelling the voucher, and the points haven't been refunded onto my account. I've just opened a support ticket but I'm not holding out much hope for this. The weird part is a voucher my OH ordered around the same time has just arrived, and neither of us have had our accounts blocked or anything. I'm very confused and very miffed! Has this happened to anyone else?
I believe it does say somewhere in their FAQs that multiple accounts will be terminated and all points lost. I'm not absolutely sure about this though; you'd have to check. I might be thinking of another survey company; although this does seem to be the norm with most of them. It might explain why one voucher arrived and the other was cancelled. They're letting you keep just the one account. Typical of Toluna to just do it without letting you know though!
I found I had points deducted myself the other day. In my Rewards folder, there was a notice that reward points had been deducted; just the date of the reward and the amount of points, but no survey number, so I couldn't check properly. I looked up the survey I thought it was, that matched the date and number of points and wrote to them with my completion screenshot, only to find that it was a completely different survey, that I had in fact, not completed. The points for it had been added to my account by mistake and then been deducted again. How difficult would it have been for them to write to me, with the survey number and explain, saving me (and them) a lot of hassle and extra work?

I had this too. 2400 points deducted without any explanation. I had the same response from Toluna as you. Ok, mistakes are made but as you say, a brief explanation would save a lot of hassle!0 -
This happened to me too - 2400 points and same explanation from Toluna - more than likely the same survey (something to do with insurance if my memory serves me correctly)0

Hi,
Just joined this forum as have an issue on Toluna.
I have been re-using their site for the past 6 weeks following a period of a couple of years away.
I have amassed a reasonable amount of points (around 59500). I also have around 40 surveys where the points payment was showing as pending.
Until yesterday...when I now login it says "no data available" when clicking "points", filter for "surveys" and click "show".
I have just tried another survey and this completed successfully but hasn't shown up as pending either.
Is anyone else experiencing this (it seems to be since the website was updated) and has anyone had any joy when contacting Toluna for help on this - I have emailed them through the contact us page.
Thanks for any help0
