Any idea how long it takes for points to be added to your account? I've completed numerous surveys today each worth thousands of points but no points have been added. When I go to my account they all say: Survey Incentive - Prize Draw Entry.

    Not amused.

Ordered a Pizza Hut voucher and it was delivered in six weeks (that was two weeks ago). Since then it has been sitting in my kitchen doing not very much at all.

Took my son as a treat, tried to pay the bill with it and the balance on the card was £0! I had to cough up the extra money that the voucher would have covered. Thankfully I had my card on me as only had enough cash to cover drinks.

Tried going to "contact us" and the page isn't working.

I'm out. The Gifties seem like a scam (has anyone actually won anything?!), the vouchers take months to arrive and the prize draw seems like a big con too.

The 'Prize Draw' entries are definitely cons in my view, no matter which survey company offers them. I must have had literally thousands of these in lieu of real points from various survey companies over the years and never won a darned thing from them. NEVER do a survey only for entries into 'Prize Draws'! They don't exist! If they do, then they'll be scams where only people in the know get the prizes! In other words, they'll be fixed! If everybody voted with their feet and ignored 'Prize Draw' entries, they'd have to offer proper points for their surveys!

Points can take anywhere from instantly being added to a few weeks depending on when the overall project ends.

However, as your account shows 'Survey Incentive - Prize Draw Entry', I don't think you will get any points for those items. :( It only usually shows that when all you get is a prize draw entry.

It will says 'Survey Ref xxx - Pending' if points are due to be added

Why am I getting prize draw entries for surveys that offered points?! I don't enter surveys that offer prize draw entries! Grr

LouFace, contact them with a list of the survey numbers, and stating that you fully completed these, and they are showing as prize draw entries not points. But don't hold your breath that you will get these.

I only do the sponsored survey 15 point surveys now, as I got sick and tired of continually having to chase them for points for fully completed surveys. Bearing in mind that some surveys can take 20mins and you get about 50p if you are lucky.

I contacted them and got this reply:
The "Prize Draw Entry" message means you could not go through with the survey (you did not completed it successfully till the end of it), while either there were already enough people with the same profile of yours that completed the survey or you did not belong to the target group.

Except I spent the allotted time answering questions and got the 'Hurray you made it' message at the end of all of them.

Received my £7 WH Smith voucher today, requested on 22nd May. Just letting people know of latest timeframe for a posted voucher.

I know I keep saying this, but ALWAYS take screenshots of the actual completion page of the survey, plus the 'Hurray' screen at the end. (Include the address line at the top of your browser too) You can edit out all the surrounding edges in your image editing program or Paint. Then, before doing any more Toluna surveys, always go straight to your points account in Toluna and check that your completed survey is 'Pending' and copy that line, putting in the payment for the survey afterwards. (I keep these in my password encryption list; it's always a very long list in the Toluna box) I have always copied the details from the invitation e-mails I get from toluna too and then paste these details onto my screenshots with the date of completion, then labelling the screenshots with the survey number and date. Keep the e-mails themselves in a special folder in your e-mail program. Then if it's a Prize Draw entry, they can't say you haven't completed the survey when confronted with the evidence of your screenshot. When this has happened to me in the past, the answer I get from them is that sometimes 'Prize Draw' appears instead of 'Pending' when the survey is from one of their partners and they haven't got details of completed surveys from them yet. Or the survey hasn't closed. (I've got one still pending from May) This 'Prize Draw' goes away when they get the details apparently, but watch out, because often the points appear later with a different date and sometimes a different number, leaving your 'Prize draw' still there. That's why it's important to copy all your details; survey number, points, etc. and keep them for reference.

I'm afraid you have to keep on at them to get these owed points and they often just manually upload them for you in the end, because they just can't argue with your screenshot! Yes I know, it's a lot of extra hassle and hard work for what points you get and is really not worth it. That's why I choose my Toluna surveys very carefully. I know I will always be screened out of many of them, so I don't even start them. I never do really long ones either. You get to know after a while which ones you have a chance of completing.
I have noticed lately though, that Toluna is getting crafty with it's survey titles; they're making some of 'em deliberately rather misleading now. So if I start one and find it becoming suspiciously like one I usually avoid, I just abandon it.

I'm retired and have more time, but if I wasn't, I really wouldn't bother with any surveys. Very few survey companies are worth the time and effort you put into them. Especially Toluna. It's slave labour really.

I have just claimed a voucher, and shocked to see that it is now 60,000 points for a £10. voucher, whereas it used to be, 80,000 points for £15. What a damn con.

It still is 80,000 points for a £15 voucher, it just depends what business you want. I'd spend the rest of my life trying to get an Amazon voucher on this website.
