  • No. You have to request whatever voucher or payment you want. You go to the Toluna rewards page and choose, then go through the process of applying for the reward. It will then show in the 'Points & Rewards' Section of your account page as pending.

    I find Toluna are just annoying with all this. As other posters have said, many other survey sites issue the rewards within days or even minutes so I'm sure Toluna just delay as a cash flow thing. My guess is they won't get paid by the company requesting the survey until after 60 days, so if Toluna don't buy the vouchers from amazon, Love2shop or whoever for at least 60 days then they don't lose out.

    Having said that now I know that's how they work I'm relaxed about it. I've always got the points in the end, and the vouchers usually take 7 - 9 weeks to come through. I always get e-vouchers so there's an audit trail - nothing lost in the post. I'm also quite selective on which surveys I do. I try anything more than 3000 points, and anything less only if it's less than 15 mins. For all that I usually clock up a voucher about every 6 weeks although sometimes get lucky, last week I got one for 35000 points, so almost half way to the next voucher in a "oner".
  • Ater cnstant naggin evry day i finally got my vouchers but i wnted them for christmas shopping their now at it again making me wait weeks. Im als now cncerned their are not crediting me for completed surveys. I did a survey99.999999999% f it then at the end i was infrmed i did nt fit the prfile its like we gt the info now suff off.
  • I got a whole lot of points added recently, but when I added them up, I found that I was short by quite a lot! Having experience with Toluna of many years, I now ALWAYS keep all my points up to date and have a complete record of all owed points. I add up all my points as they are credited and then amend the total amount owed. So I am absolutely certain that not all the points were credited, even though they are showing as such in my points account on Toluna; my points total is not as much as it should be. Perhaps this is the latest ploy by Toluna to balance their books? Keeping us waiting for points and rewards and now when they DO credit the points, deliberately making them short? I have contacted them, but they seem to deliberately misunderstand what I am saying and I get the usual standard e-mail explaining how the points are paid and how long the wait time is, etc. etc. et al! I guess I shall just have to let this one pass. It is just too frustrating having to write back and forth all the time! :mad:
