I do that too. i use all my survey and sites like ipoints to buy dvd's and box sets. Its really nice getting something for nothing!! I've got loads free so far!! Am waiting for some CD Wow vouchers from Toluna and that's another 2 boxsets!

But you're not 'Getting something for nothing' are you? If you were working at a normal job and putting in the same hours as you probably do on Toluna surveys and quick polls; not to mention all the time spent chasing up missing points and waiting months sometimes for them and the vouchers themselves, you wouldn't call that 'Getting something for nothing' then, I'll bet!
I reckon, for the time spent, the overall points work out to pretty much like slave labour! In fact, most of the survey companies give very measly points considering the length of some of their surveys. Especially when they screen you out after you've got quite a long way into one; almost finished sometimes! The only difference between those companies and Toluna, as far as I can see, is that you don't usually have to wait so long for the points and vouchers! :(

Hello, can someone (list) the Toluna categories in Polls please. There are more than a dozen of them and they do NOT tell me what they are, even right clicking or hovering over them and I want to host polls and put them in the right category. I have ticketed Toluna and researched it but am hitting a brick wall. Its highly annoying.

Thanks for reading and any assistance.

  • Not amused.

Ordered a Pizza Hut voucher and it was delivered in six weeks (that was two weeks ago). Since then it has been sitting in my kitchen doing not very much at all.

Took my son as a treat, tried to pay the bill with it and the balance on the card was £0! I had to cough up the extra money that the voucher would have covered. Thankfully I had my card on me as only had enough cash to cover drinks.

Tried going to "contact us" and the page isn't working.

I'm out. The Gifties seem like a scam (has anyone actually won anything?!), the vouchers take months to arrive and the prize draw seems like a big con too.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the card.

I just tried the contact us page and it seemed to work ok.
Click the contact us link at the bottom of the page, then 'click here' and wait for the next page to load (it takes a little while) and then a page called support should load. :)
